22wln Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 22wln platform in any capacity — whether to browse, deposit, play casino games, or place sports bets — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 22wln.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and should not create an account. Continued use following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These terms apply to all sections of the 22wln platform including the website, mobile app, sports betting section, casino and live casino, and all promotional offers.

02 Eligibility

You must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible to use 22wln:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 22wln does not permit players under 18 to register or play under any circumstances.
• You are registering and playing voluntarily, on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or associate of 22wln or any of its software and game providers where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on the 22wln platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim additional bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in all related accounts being suspended and any associated balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and any other details requested. Providing false information, using another person's identity, or using fictional details is a breach of these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the 22wln platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Raast
• Bank Transfer
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered and owned in your own name. 22wln does not accept payments from third-party sources. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match your registered account details, the deposit may be held pending verification or returned.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real money balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. Verification includes confirming your identity and payment method ownership.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe stated in the withdrawal section — processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 22wln reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on large withdrawal requests. This may add to processing time.

If a withdrawal is made to a payment method that has since been closed or is no longer active, the funds may be returned to your 22wln balance while an alternative method is arranged. Contact support in such cases.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

22wln offers a range of promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and cricket-specific promotions during PSL and international series. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general terms.

General bonus rules that apply to all 22wln promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonus and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money is used first in all transactions.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering is not completed within the stated validity window.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Once claimed and used, it cannot be reclaimed.
• 22wln reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.

Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements — may have their bonuses cancelled and accounts reviewed.

07 Sports Betting

The 22wln sports section covers cricket, PSL, T20 Internationals, football, esports, and a range of other sports. Bets placed on the platform are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed in the relevant betting section.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed — the confirmed odds at the point of acceptance are final.
• 22wln reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started where live data feeds have failed or where obvious pricing errors have occurred.
• In-play bets are subject to delay between placement and confirmation. A bet placed during this delay may be accepted or rejected at 22wln's discretion depending on the state of play at confirmation time.
• All bets are placed with a PKR balance. Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed at the time of placement.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules for that market.
• Accumulator bets are subject to the same individual leg rules. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated at the remaining odds.

Any evidence of match-fixing, manipulation of events, or exploitation of insider information will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all related winnings.

08 Casino Games

The 22wln casino section includes slots, live casino with real dealers, table games, and crash games. All casino games are provided by third-party software providers whose games operate using certified random number generators (RNGs). 22wln does not control the outcome of individual game rounds.

Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical fault occurs during a game session, the round is void and your wager is returned. 22wln is not liable for winnings that would have resulted from a malfunctioned game round.

Live casino games are operated in real time by human dealers. Rules specific to each live table are displayed within the game interface. Players are expected to follow game etiquette and not attempt to disrupt the session for other participants.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited on the 22wln platform and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Using funds obtained through criminal activity on the platform

22wln uses fraud detection and monitoring systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be placed under review, temporarily restricted, or permanently closed pending investigation.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

22wln reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any of these Terms and Conditions
• The account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• The player is under 18 years of age
• Identity verification cannot be completed satisfactorily
• The account has been inactive for an extended period

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, 22wln can apply a self-exclusion that prevents re-registration for a set period.

Upon account closure, any real money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding compliance concerns.

11 Responsible Gaming
